My Work Screen in the Maintenance App

Introducing the "My Work" home screen in the HappyCo maintenance app. This simplified home screen allows technicians to easily identify their next prioritized tasks, providing a clear view of what needs to be done.

With a consistent list and enhanced usability of the search/filter, managing tasks on mobile has never been easier. This update ensures that your team can quickly find and tackle their assignments without unnecessary distractions.

Transition to the Happy Property Maintenance App

Starting October 8, users of HappyCo’s Tasks app will now access tasks through the new user interface in the Happy Property Maintenance app. The legacy Tasks”app will no longer be available. We made this switch to help eliminate confusion on which version of the app to use and to provide you with a better user experience with enhanced support going forward.

This update is designed to provide you with a more consistent and constantly improving experience while reducing support overhead for both HappyCo and its customers. By streamlining our product offering, we aim to enhance your efficiency and satisfaction.
