Automated MIMO
With the MIMO integration, when you schedule a move-in or move-out for a resident in Resman, the associated unit inspection is automatically scheduled in HappyCo. Once the inspection report is completed, it is automatically attached to the unit record in Resman.
One Tap Work Orders
With Work Orders integration, your staff can generate a repair or replace order in Resman with a single click on a HappyCo inspection form. Once the inspection is completed in HappyCo, the work order is automatically assigned to the relevant unit or property in Resman. Multiple work order requests from an individual inspection are automatically consolidated into a single list for easy management and delegation, along with a link to a web-based version of the inspection, including inspection photos.
