Designed to make multifamily operations safer during COVID-19 and beyond, the new feature puts inspections into the hands of residents for improved safety, efficiency and ongoing visibility into unit conditions.

With a clear, accessible interface, Resident Inspections is easy to use for even the most technically-challenged resident. No app needed, residents simply open an email to complete an entirely web-based inspection. Time-stamped photos plus a required signature ensure resident-led inspections hold up in court should a complaint arise.
Last October, HappyCo introduced Happy Tasks, a new suite for maintenance and property teams to better manage work orders and onsite projects.
