We want to support a healthy lifestyle for you and your family. The benefits package provided by HappyCo includes medical care through Aetna or Kaiser Permanente, dental through Aetna, and vision through Aetna or MetLife. HappyCo pays 99% of the plan premiums for you, the employee, and 50% for an eligible spouse and dependent(s).

Retirement Savings

Full time employees located in the USA are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) Plan, with a 3% match, on the first day of the quarter following their start date.

Unlimited Vacation

Full-time US based employees are eligible for unlimited paid vacation. Taking breaks is important, and we encourage employees to step away to recharge.

Paid Parental Leave

HappyCo values our employees' personal lives and family. We offer a generous parental leave benefit to support growing families. Employees who are eligible may take up to 24 weeks of parental leave within a one-year period. The first 12 are fully paid and the remaining 12 weeks are paid at 50% base salary.

Pregnancy Loss Leave

There is no sadness greater than the death of a child. HappyCo offers 15 days paid leave to support our employees during early pregnancy loss.

Flex Work Culture

We want you to live and work where you can be your happiest and do your best work. As long as you have an internet connection, you choose the place you call home. We have core work hours, but we also understand that other priorities outside of work pop up from time to time. Doctors appointments, school runs, whatever it may be.

Getting together in real life!

Company-wide retreats are an important step to forming connections within our team, helps us balance work and play, and a chance for us to reset and celebrate our achievements.

We aim to go away every year. Previous retreats include Cancun, Bali, and Tahoe. Recently, the US team met up for a work week in Carlsbad, CA, and the Australian team held a mini-retreat in the Barossa Valley, South Australia.
