Happy Summit is an invite-only event that brings together an exclusive group of visionaries and change makers from the multifamily industry and beyond. Each year, we bring together an exceptional mix of people who think big, lead boldly, and share vision of improving the quality of living.

If you’ve received an invite, you’re already on your way! Simply complete the Request to Attend Form on the Happy Summit 2026 page to let us know you’re interested.
Once submitted, our team will review your request and follow up with next steps. Approved guests will receive a confirmation email to finalize registration and book their hotel stay — all in one simple flow.
There are no registration or conference fees for attendees of Happy Summit.
HappyCo also covers all meals and activities throughout the event. Attendees are responsible only for their portion of hotel and travel costs.
Enjoy a special HappyCo rate of $299 per night (all-in) at the Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa — a significant discount from the standard nightly rate. HappyCo covers the remaining balance of the room rate.

We recommend San Diego International Airport (SAN) — located just 15 miles (about 25 minutes) from the Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa.
Please note that airport transportation is not provided by the hotel or HappyCo. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the resort. Rideshare services and taxis are readily available at the airport.
We recommend arriving in La Jolla by early afternoon on Wednesday, March 4, to allow time to check in, stop by the Learning Lab and join us for the Welcome Dinner & Reception.
Programming runs through Friday, March 6, with Closing Remarks and Lunch concluding at 2:00 PM PT. To experience the full event, please book departing flights no earlier than 4:00 PM PT on Friday.
Yes! Your guests are warmly welcomed at Happy Summit and encouraged to join the experience.
They’re invited to attend all group meals and evening events. During daytime sessions, they can relax at the resort, unwind at the spa, or explore the coastal beauty of La Jolla.
Simply select “Yes” under the Plus One section of your registration form, and we’ll make sure they’re included in all hospitality headcounts.
Hotel Policy: The hotel charges an additional $20 per person, per night for adult guests sharing a room. Children under 18 stay free when sharing a room with a parent or guardian.

If you need to cancel your registration or hotel reservation, please contact happysummitrooms@happy.co as soon as possible.
To avoid a cancellation fee, all changes must be communicated at least three (3) days prior to check-in. Cancellations made within three days of arrival — or failure to check in — may result in a one-night room charge to the card on file.
We’ll do our best to release your room without penalty and open your spot for another guest.
