Who is Happy Summit for?
Happy Summit is built for multifamily leaders in maintenance, operations, and procurement — owners, asset and operations executives, maintenance leadership, and the sourcing and tech partners who support them.
Does the ticket cover the cost of my room?
No. Your ticket covers the full three days of sessions, meals, and events. Hotel rooms at Estancia La Jolla are booked separately, and travel costs are not included.
Is my ticket refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. If your plans change, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague at no additional cost — just reach out to the Summit team.
Can I bring my team?
Yes! Groups of 4 or more get a special rate. Reach out to marketing@happy.co and we'll take care of you.
What is the dress code?
Resort casual throughout — think comfortable layers for sessions, and swimwear for the pool during downtime. Evenings lean smart casual for receptions.
